LaRocco, Justin Hill, Plessinger on DMXS Radio
Mike “The Rock” LaRocco was inducted into the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Class of 2014 this past week in Orlando, Florida. Rock was always known as a fierce competitor throughout his entire career and brings all that knowledge and experience to his new generation of riders as team manager on GEICO Honda. The young bucks can’t complain too much to a man that wrestled a 500cc monster all summer in 1993 on his way to a championship. This is actually Rock’s second induction ceremony. He’s been a long-standing member of the Badass Hall of Fame and we couldn’t be more proud of him on both accomplishments.
Red Bull KTM’s Justin Hill showed up on his new ride ready to go at Straight Rhythm and continued to impress the sport with his MEC ride last weekend. There was never any doubting of his talent after turning pro, but it seems Justin is ready for a little redemption after several setbacks and disappointments defined last season. We’ll get the latest on the upcoming supercross season and his whirlwind debut on the KTM.
We’re always ahead of the curve on the talented amateurs coming up through the ranks and have been telling you about Star Racing Yamaha’s Aaron Plessinger for quite some time. Aaron was able to display his talents on a much larger stage last weekend and won the Amateur All-Stars Class at the MEC in dominating fashion. This kid’s stock will continue to rise along with several other amateurs that are representing the future of our sport well.
