ONE to Support AMMC Concussion Program
Lake Forest, CA : The Asterisk Mobile Medical Center (AMMC) would like to thank our friends at ONE Industries for stepping up to support our Concussion Management program for the 2013 Lucas Oil Motocross series. Concussion management continues to receive main stream media attention. We are proud that our program stands up against those in all professional sports as one of the most comprehensive.
Thanks to ONE Industries, rider baseline testing for the 2013 Lucas Oil participants, follow-up, release testing and review will also be available in Southern California, by appointment with Eddie Casillas, Program Coordinator at iCHOR Sports Medicine or Paul R. Reiman, M.D. of Alexander Reiman Orthopedics. Detailed information about the program is offered on the rig’s website at http://themedicrig.com.
ONE Industries has been known for pushing the envelope and seeking advancement in the products built for our sport. When it comes to advancement, few areas are as important as protecting our brains from rotation violence. This is what is known to be the main cause of concussion and severe Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). This Fall, ONE Industries will be launching their already proven Gamma helmet with a new and exciting safety feature to answer the call for reduced rotational violence. Stay tuned for more information.
“First and foremost, I want to thank Doc Bodnar for his interest in working with us and his belief in our product. I am honored and proud to be aligned with such an important program and one that has done so much for our sport. We look forward to supporting the AMMC this 2013 season.” - ONE Industries Marketing Director: Greg Lenac.
