Awesome track, one of the best on earth. Cairoli did a great job, at the end of the first lap of the last moto he had 10 seconds on Barcia, impressive. Too bad we don't have a good MX2 rider.
that herling boy, is a beast, lap till 2nd place.... ohhhhhh snaaap!!!
Props to the winning teams and moto winners ....
No excuses...........I too am eating sand .....grumble grumble....

I think Dungey made too many mistakes, Barcia after the second moto understood he just had too take it easy and get the result with no mistakes, the mot wins were out of question today. Belgium and Germany were so fast today, no doubt. I just disagree with this B team thing: USA is such a big country with so many awesome riders that just hearing this B team story makes me laugh. I am from Italy and we havent' had a decent MX2 rider in the last years, what should we say? Also Germany had a weak man, Schiffer, who did an excellent job. So, I am sorry to say this but the B team thing does not exist at all.
i would just love to see herlings in the nationals against our guys against rv against rc in his prime it would have been a joke that guy and lommel what a stupid fuc..ng track big deal he can ride on sand most motocross tracks are not sand and in sx i guess he would be a top ten at most
This has got to hurt guys!
Bagget and Barcia got lapped by Herlings!
First rough racetrack in years and usa barely makes it on the podium!
This crow is not going down well today the fact is team USA did not get beat
they got stomped. I don't want to hear about the track because we sent a B team
there in 1981 that mastered it and won. I know at least RV would have been competitive and kept the fast guys in sight at least. Maybe next year we can
talk the GOAT into racing the MXoN.
No B team there, we sent some of best riders there. And I said some, because we have lots of great riders here. We got beat, plain and simple. It would have been very arrogant of us to think we can win this every year. But we also underestimated the talent the Euro's have over there and the tracks they race on. The upside of this, is there is always next year. Then we can start the bench racing all over again!
Well done by Roczen and company. Humbling experience for Team USA.
alezx9 , you should go take your meds!! lol your tracks are not real motocross tracks!! YOur tracks get groomed way too much!!
Hahaha gotta love the comments of those who can't concede victory, stay classy America :)
Look, they say if you can win in sand, you can win in almost anything. I'd love to see 45 min motos back in the GP's. Longer moto's here in the states. Go back to how things were in the 80's and 70's. Let's get men to start racing. You had to be cautious in the old days because equipment and endurance were way bigger factors.
Riders that train in sand win.
Hands down.
Congrats Kroc and team..good rides good job.....USA you gave it your best and thats all we ask...good job and hats off to JB!..............you can now shovel the cat crap back into that sand box......see you super fast Euro guys at the monster cup....should be an easy million for guys that fast......right..????? Lets have the next one in Australia on top of Ayers rock or have it in the Everglades or maybe Alaskan tundra.....or on a ice fishing lake....or...lol....signed every bummed hate to lose American........see you at Glen Helen ..should be easy for you after Rommel ...er ah I mean Lommel
claxton= fa gg ot. nuff said again
No excuses, just got beat plain and simple. They got beat on a brutal track by some bad ass riders. Hats off to Cairolli and Herlings, they were men amongst boys.
I'm from Portugal, and l love motocross, both World Campionship and AMA Series are good, but diferent (nothing new until here)!
In the last days l saw many people here talk trash about euros! About wax world champions, destroy the track, wipe the floor whit Cairoli, Herlings and Roczen...
Today l saw those guys given a lesson not to Dungey, Blagett or Barcia (they ride the best they can in that hell track), but to all who thinks that Usa is the great in everything, and everything who as not in the Usa not count! well, this year (2012) Germany win, not the euros, Germany, next year maybe usa win, or maybe Italy win or other country, because the euros have a few country's and a few riders! The greatness are about win and lose moment, are about be humble as TC222 show us today, he let´s is ride do the talk, in the previous years he have bad luck, and is not crying, this year he show the champ he is! In the other side Dungey (I´m a fan), won AMA series in style, have bad luck, but his motocross "Shit happens".
Congratulations to all tree winner teams!
Sorry my englih!
i just want to know what happened ? i always want the best to win . but what went wrong ? Did team USA think think everyone was going to roll over . Was it the Bikes ? was it strategy? Sometime a loss is a good corrector it lets you know where you stand, maybe we can all learn from this . I am not i can bear to watch this tonight
Roger should be fired!! lol just kidding...
Stop grooming the tracks in the usa and the american boys can learn to race on a real motocross track!!! Nice and rough, no more smooth flowing tracks...
If i want fast i can watch moto GP or F1..!!!! Watching motocross racing on smooth tracks is the lamest thing in the world to watch...
@ Jesus
You wrote: "Stay classy America." Although I appreciate how you are attempting to help ... unless you are the real Jesus ....
Also, anyone who actually knows about racing was aware that the Euros would win this one ..... And the sore loser response is typical.
But I do have one question, because you are "jesus," is that how you can tell which replies are from Americans? Or?
Is this same jingoistic forum that I was reading last night ?
Go KTM, what a day for the 350... 1-1-1 :-)
How cool would it be to have Cairoli and herlings in the states for outdoors ! Would be epic !
Congrats to Team Germany. I thought we would lose this year, but not to the Germans. Either way, I'm glad the most arrogant fans in the world of MX had to eat a slice of humble pie today.
This forum is very quiet today... ; )
@ajv26; I agree with your first post. Hopefully now, a lot of people on here will realize there is proper competition in europe and the US is not unconditionally the best. I am only saying that to a few. Glen Helen 2015 will be great! because a lot of the euros have raced there.
Man that Herlings kid is a rocket, it would be very interesting to see him move to the states for a whole season, as far as Carioli we all know he's afraid and won't move here.
Congratulation to team USA they had a terrible day and still finished third.
The only Euros at the Monster Cup will be Roczen, Musiquin and Devalos. Other than that Cairoli and Herlings will not make because the lack of start money, which they didn't receive for the GP's either. As for an awesome track? That can be debated by someone else. Most motocross races are raced on dirt, not sand.
JIMMYC261: we all know what? I think you know something that nobody knows. Stop talking crap please that there are already enough incompetent people on this forum.
@rjstreets. Maybe most motocross is raced on dirt rather than sand now, but remember Belgium is the birthplace of motocross and Belgium is sand. Therefore in all likely hood sand was motocross in the day. Like all the GP greats in the day said. You need to be able to ride sand well to win a world championship. That was proven today.
Dungey couldn't keep it on two wheels.....Are we going to criticize him now??
Everyone with half a brain knew that this was gonna be tough for usa.The gp races are interesting to me ,and have produced some great riders.I dont think dungey, bagget,or barcia was doing any trash talking,it was dip $hits who dont know any better. As for american tracks being smooth,I think your wrong there. At least the ktm 350 dominated.
Congrats to the winning teams, awesome event again. Now for something completely different:
"How cool would it be to have Cairoli and herlings in the states for outdoors"
"Man that Herlings kid is a rocket, it would be very interesting to see him move to the states for a whole season, as far as Carioli we all know he's afraid and won't move here."
Maybe the Yanks should move to the World Champs' instead but, we all know that won't happen, they have the best series in the world and some of the Euro's speak a different language....how weird is that?
looks like our team ate a big piece of humble pie this year, maybe next year will see ego's left at home and racers that are healthy...!
