What do we have to do to get the MXoN at RedBud. Best Track in the US and the best turn out every year.
I will be there. I will be there, I will be there. Now I need to get my girl friend interested in Moto.
Wow! Maybe we can have a contest to name the U.S. Team! Will RV still be on top??
great news! i was never there that place looks awesome. i'm from pa. but i have to get out there for this race !
now they need to put in back on the AMA schedule
Dungey wil be going for his 7th win as team captian !!
@Turbine951...probably never at Red Bud due to the fact that the track sits in the middle of nowhere with hotels and stuff like that miles and miles away.
Must have cost the AMA an arm and a leg to bribe Longuo to let them have it in the states. But then again, I guess they figured it was worth it as it´s going to be their best chance to win at least one of the next 3. I might just fly over for the weekend so I can the boys performing on home soil where they must be at their best.
I´m sure there are a lot of my friends, fans and admirers on here who would love to meet up with me, crack a bud, and chew the fat.
Wotja say HillBillyC? LOL.
I was going to say, SOUTHWICK? Nah, the AMA know full well what´s going down on Sunday and probably thought, THAT`S NOT A GOOD IDEA. LOL.
Its time that they hold the MXoN at the best track in the world, RED BUD!
ATTENTION EVERYONE: @Euromike is a lame TROLL and should be ignored. besides, he will surely disappear once dungey bagget and barcia destroy everyone in the sand on sunday. CHEERS!
It's in the US and people still complain? Anyway I will be there and will be buying tickets the second they go on sale! That will be my second MXdN!
Was hopeing it would be back east but still cool. I think I will try and do it, It will be my 3rd MXD.\
.Mike we saw how the Euros have done at Southwick, a few years back "the best euro sand rider" came to southwick and JS blew his doors off to the point that he said JS is not human!!
.Keep talking your crap someday it will come true and you can tell us all about how you were right...even though you have been wrong 1,000X's before.
That's one I can check off bucket list.
@ euromike, you've got it backwards. Luongo desperately wants to get a foothold in the U.S. How the competing promoter (MX sports) feels about it is another matter entirely.
Once the peeps get a look at G.H. they're going to wonder why the heck the tour goes to Elsinore.........'cause it ain't the "challenging elevation changes"..........
Why you continue to say inflammatory things is a mystery to me. If you seek negative attention, it might be because that is what you are used to. I've seen you post decent stuff and you don't seem unknowledgable so, what gives?
If you do go to G.H., I would have a beer with you 'cause at the end of the day, we both like bikes and that's not so bad. And if some of the other posters get a glimpse of you, I would definitely seek EMS care for you. Maybe you could get lucky and Ping will man the event. You could insult him while he's re-inflating your lung or something..............haha, just kidding.
Maybe there will be a rematch.

@ BillC
When De Ruever went to Southwick, he was well past his prime. He may have been the best sand rider 10 years ago, but moto x is hard on the body and Mark has suffered more than most. In a recent interview he said he doesn't think anyone will get close to Herlings.
Don't hate on Mark, he is one of the nicest guys in the paddock and rides mainly for fun now.
@ BillC, for the G.P. folks, it's good to have it in So. Cal so close to the factories U.S. bases and the international hub that is LAX, logistics-wise.
Swaneopoel (spelling) won a moto there and he doesn't do much anywhere else. Since he's S.A., that doesn't really count him as a euro but, he did come from the G.P.'s so........also, it is more than a coincidence that euros do better on the tracks that are at the end of the tour and the end of summer.
So stoked!! Can't wait!!!!!!! I will be there for sure!
by giuseppe "annonced then canceled" luongo and commented by f@gotmike the dwarf b!tch !!!
and you need to understand that everything coming from eurozooland is never free, 2009 mxon in italy for cairoli, mxon 2011 just one week after the final round of the ama mx for disadvantaged the US team, mxon 2012 in Lommel for Herlings and Cairoli, mxon 2013 for roczen, and mxon 2010 and 2015 in US for the prestige of youthstream; and if a euro team win in american soil it will be a big propaganda for the eurozozos for 50 years ...
@elementmx88, you can't nothing against that, the biggest mx site in the world loves eurod!ckheads ...
Cianciarulo on 250F !
:-D
theped26 Marc De Reuver is racing still this year, That was 4 or 5 years ago, He could not have been that bad, he even said the week before he thinks he can win?
True carlsbad .. Still would rather see them on an eastern track than a hard pack cal track
@ BillC
I cannot confirm Marc said that but I'll take your word for it. Everyone knows on the GP circuit that Marc is hot or cold. He got the tag "fastest sand rider" after he beat Everts at Lierop on a 250 2 Stroke. He has never repeated that performance again.
I really like the guy and he was racing over here in the British Championship until he didn't get paid or something like that. He doesn't take his racing as serious has he used to. He put in a solid ride come Sunday though.
Well Now! I guess that is one way to get at least three Americans to show up at a Glen Helen event...
PS Just a little humor above guys.
But seriously, is this a little reach around from Giuseppe Luongo to Glen Helen's for not holding back to back GP's at Glen Helens a couple years ago.
There has been so much negative press on these boards about Glen Helen's, that I am very surprised at this announcemant.
If anyone can cast some unbiased factual opinion I would be appreciative of their time and info.
Thanks...

I have heard some some bad things about DC and his sister diretctly form the folks at Pala.

@theped
you thinking talking about every gp riders here? de reuver is probably something in euromxgp but worldwide that guy is nothing, like 99% of the gp guys
I'm there man, I'm there! Nothing better than another MXoN here and it is local. 2015 is so far away though and alot can happen in 3 years. So I guess Luongo is working around MX sports and AMA?
@carlsbad- you are showing way too much compassion for Euromike. But you are right, there is a twisted commom bond here, and that is racing.
@Euromike- I just can't imagine what a 4 foot troll duck walking the thru the pits with a bullseye on his back here at Glen Helen would look like but it's worth a beer to you!
theped26 I am sure you know a LOT more about him than i do so I will take your word also!! Maybe the facts are somewhere in the middle LOL
"4 foot troll duck walking the thru the pits"
.LOL
@ Rene
Are you some kind of dickhead? I never said De Reuver was anything special, I said he was a good guy and will put in a solid come Sunday.
@ BillC
De Reuver is a lot like Stewart, was fast years ago but they're both washed up riders now.
@Welker- I haven't seen you on here for a while, so I hope all is well!
heped26 wrote: @ BillC. De Reuver is a lot like Stewart, was fast years ago but they're both washed up riders now.
Ha ha ha. Good one fella. And I thought I was the wind up king. LOL.
BTW, be carefull what you say. Suggesting the worm inspector is over the hill could just be constued as racist.
De ruever is well passed his prime. Why is everyone so down on Glen Helen. Those were the best nationals i've ever been to. That track is for men only. Hey BillC, hope herlings waxes your boy
Glen Helen is the mecca for MX and especially for the MXDN of USGP..... 1989 500 USGP was so awesome....and every national I attended there was just as good.....the drunks chasing the coolers as they tumble down the hills is priceless...sometimes you can knab a free beer as it rolls by
" Stewart is washed up "....thats funny..... dude is still capable of winning SX and MX on any given day and he is " washed up ".... he sure isnt very consistent....but washed up isnt the word.....
If you see BillC punch that little G*y ba>stard in the face and paint him in Euro !
cool that we have an event in u.s. buds creek event was fing awesome. but glen helen can be a bit of a pit. im sure they will prep it nice. to bad all the people from around the world will have to experience fu@ing sanbernadeno, the shiz hole of SO.cal. gangs, meth labs, way to many mexicans.(i know thats gonna hurt some feelings) somebody has to speak the truth. any way hope every one survives,i will be there.
I could have sworn they said Red Budd for 2013 MXoN.... hmmm
OrganDoner my boy is RV so that wonty happen!!
LottoWinner you sound like a LIB ...Wanting others to do the work for you!!
@ Turbine951 and ronniebarnhardt. Grew up 15 miles from Red Bud (South Bend, IN); raced there in the 70's/80's. Decent airport and plenty of places to stay within 20 minutes of the track. Red Bud would be a killer track for the MXoN... maybe in a few years... Hello Ritchie family... are you listening?
Glen Helen? Huh? Why? Huh?
RED BUDD !!!!!!!!!! Probably when Hell freezes over..........Maybe Obama can grant it before he is taken out of office the easy way LOL !
theped wrote, "I said he was a good guy"
next time you are going to talk about your boyfriend?
WE DON'T %UCK!NG CARE!!!!!!
@theped
a dutch who said to someone else that he have a dickhead! HAHAHA! look into the mirror 19th century ugly and clowny faces!
@JimboMX374: Wow, ask and ye shall recieve! That certainly gave me a lot of information I was unaware of until now. This interview provides reasons why Bud Feldkamp feels things went sideways with the MX National Series, and some insight for the landing of the MXdN in 2015.
Thanks very much for the link Jim.
In the words of the late Profit: Rodney King, " Can't we all just get along?"
PS I think Mr Coombs and Mr Feldkamp should think about the possibility of sitting down and smoking the Motocross peacepipe, as it were.
Life's too short, gentleman.
If only for the good of Mankind, and Motocross! ;~}
Why all the negative comments about Glen Helen? Glen Helen is one of the best tracks in the world... Its a fitting place for the Nations. close to all the race teams etc... The main reason Glen Helen isnt used for the AMA Nationals anymore is because all the hopes Feld motorsports was making Glen Helen go through, which wasnt consistant with the other tracks on the circuit. Bring on the Euro's!!
Sweet!! Can't wait it will be my first trip to Glen Helen. Unless its added back to the nationals before then hmmmmm?????
i hope they don't groom the track smooth!!! Too often the outdoor tracks are as smooth as paved roads and you can see it for you own eyes!! The suspension hardly moves!!! Of course some tracks or sections get rough but you can't say they don't have huge sections of smooth track!!
Kevin Snow
Flamer !
caseypons I new ther was a reason they made the state of Oregon.........For Douche' bags like you........
BillC your a punk ! I'll do it for the Lotto Man
I'll be there. @ EuroMike, I'll meet up with you, bench race for a bit, I was stationed overseas so I have a different view of how to conduct myself as an American, you'll be safe c'mon over for the visit.
@ CZ mark, killing 'em with kindness. I think euromike has been around long enough that we know he isn't a "fair weather fan". He does have wildly different opinions but, so do a lot of other people I show respect to. The going-for-the-jugular inflammatory comments do get old though. I made the first gesture, if things don't pan out, at least I tried.
@ JimboMX374, thank you for the hyperlink. What is left unsaid is often the most telling story of all. I was getting very tired of being the only person (it seems) that supports Glen Helen. C-bad is my home so, Pala & Elsi are much closer but, they ARE NOT G.H. and never will be.
@ BillC, you should give G.H. a chance. The last national was not at all blue-groove / hardpack. It WAS rough, something "track management" and "sanctioning body management" did not see eye to eye on...............maybe alternating between coasts could be an idea.......last I heard, MXdN was supposed to come to U.S. every third year or something similar to that.
@ caseypons, I agree. Forgot to add that.......oops.
I would like to see some sort of rebuttal from MX Sports about Bud Feldkamp's interview. Davey Coombs Jr. the mic is your court.
