Motocross: Goldentyre on top of the World in the Junior FIM World Championship
This past weekend, August 24th-25th, the best young talents in the world competed in Sevlievo, Bulgaria for the FIM Junior World Motocross title. Freshly crowned European Champion at Matterley Basin, UK just a week ago, Tim Gasjer shocked everyone once again with a dominant performance declaring himself as the 2012's best 125cc rider in the World.The Slovenian, with his ready grip Goldentyres, had a good start in both motos and quickly made his way to the first position in the two heats. With a 1-1 moto score Tim is the champ in front of Italian, Simone Furlotti and Latvian, Jonass Pauls. Goldentyre is honored to be a part of this important step in Tim's career.
Newly crowned UEM 85cc champion Davy Pootjes was not able to back up the results of a week ago and finished the race in 5th Position. This is still an important result for Goldentyre, after dominating the European championship we are now sitting 5th in the world with Davvy in the 85cc class. Thank you Davy.
Enduro: European Champions and 3rd in the World with Aigar Leok
Just a week ago Aigar Leok becomes the 2012 E3 European champion. Immediately after Aigar picks up where he left off and scores an incredible performance in Sweden at the FIM WEC E3 class with a second overall. With 2 more rounds to go the Estonian has his eyes set on the 2nd step of the podium in the overall championship classification (He currently sits in 3rd). Goldentyre is proud to support Aigar!
USA Supermoto: Jayson Uribe on top of the podium in Denver, CO
Goldentyre is new to the US market, but the US Goldentyre Supermoto riders are sure doing everything possible to make it to the top. At the 4th round of the series in Denver Colorado, Jamie Siever and Monte Frank conquered 2nd and 3rd in the 450 Pro class. The nicest surprise comes in the 250 PRO class where Jayson Uribe wins the event with a 1-1-1 performance! First PRO race win of his career and first win for Goldentyre in Pro Supermoto Series in the US!
