I have to admit I was sleeping at the wheel with MA #800 GOOD CALL!
I should of known to stay away from a Honda pick,They have been horiable in the big boy calll, 250cc different ball game maybe next race!!
can't wait till 2013 with everyone healthy and throw in barcia and wilson gonna be awesome ! tomac needs to jump up to a 450 as well he's gonna be a bad dude on the four five ohhhhh !
Lucky pick is all. Weimer had me worried, Regal too actually.
450's, other than Dungey are a bunch of pussies.... to take apaycheck chack after getting blown away by a minute is embarrasssing to say the least.... Weimer is a punk and Brayton does not deserve to be paid for his pathetic results..... race to win, not finsih 3rd at 3/4 of a lap down !!!!
@ mbmoto
I think you could put it all to rest next week then.........
really!!!!!!!!!!! what is your Mx number........... Dont tell me # 1000 its 999 or less... I will pay your way to qualify next race at Washougal if you sak up.................Ridculious because they are lapping everyone come on MAN!!!!!!!!!!!

@ Welker
did you notice something....................tick ---- tock------ tick----- tock !!!!!!!!!!
NO BESTWICK !!!!! MAYBE IT WORKED...............Looked like Baggett was trying his best to do a fakey 360 though or was that a mini MC Twist!!!!!!!!!!! maybe his own invention..........Glad he got off the deck....Still should kick the snot out of the flagger. These were not Dirt Digger Flaggers from old Hangtown........
Baggett put in an incredible ride that first moto and no one racing now can pass like he does let alone go his speed. He was the only rider to get into the 7s in the class and only Dungey did it in the 450s. Remember those times were turned when the track was extremely rough in the second moto.
On a rough track no one has a chance beating him and like RC the hotter and rougher it is the more you will get beat. I admire the other top 3 guys in that class but he is on another level and when you can whomp on Barcia like that then you are very special.
When are we going to hear the MXdN picks??? I believe the announcement was traditionally after the July 4th weekend.
@ Mr Mx, Honda "should" be well represented next year in the bigs. between Barcia, Reed & Canard they should smother the podium with red, that is my hope anyway. I'd like to see a title run from Reed before he retires (2013 / 2014?) and I'd like to see Canard make it through a year of racing without an injury just to see if he can.
No love lost for Bestwick's absence. His commentary didn't bother me, it was the fact that a BMX'er was doing a MX'ers job. There is a surplus of knowlegeable retired MX'ers that would have an acceptable TV presence. It might be the network is trying to fill the booth with people already under contract because another paycheck is not an option nowadays.
@ carlsbad
After Southwick around Unadilla week MXdN…….. BESTWICK WHO CARES!!!
Canard I fear may fall into the category of a Josh Hill, My old buddie Broc Hepler guys like that, even throw Robbie Reynard in that group so of the time, all a lot of talent but always hurt, tough sport this MX stuff......
Art Eckman lives down by me about 4 hrs away still got a production company........ I would like to throw my name in the hat for the network. I know a lot but have forgotten a lot which is really scary............ The thing I didn’t like about Reed was. He made the statement after he got hurt that he was retiring at years end.... Which was a secret...... I don’t know anyone that could say they knew that one…….Since he got hurt he said he wants to race and go out on the bike...........I guess its none of our business but like LaRocco for example, not really a people person, just disappeared when he gave it all up......No farewell tour or anything. I know the guy is kind of private or maybe shy, but when you have all these people who literally help you become who you are in the media and part of your career ,the fans deserve a little credit and love back….Without the fans you would never be as big you are. Success is a very big word that encompasses a lot of different aspects of ones career.
Ryan Dungey is running away with this series. And did I see it right that he now has 20 wins or something in the 450 class?? And he has already passed Stewie?? Congrats to him, he is on his way to passing Bob Hannah, unreal, only 3rd season in the class..
