Should be an electrifying race with that powerline location.

Still hardly any elivation chnges on the track? This is in Colorado?Oh well it has to be that way for TV coverage. Maybe should start calling it Scrambles again?

Have u ever ridden the track it's gnarly especially when it chops up deep at altitude, they say the hill at thunder valley is tougher than the ones at glen Helen,

There are tons of elevation changes, I've raced at the track and go there every year for the nationals. The bikes are banging and popping because of the tunes thrown in them to adjust for the lack of O2 and the heat. It's a good time for sure. Hopefully Dungey cleans up like last year.

@liquid - you are correct. I've ridden both, and this track is super rough and hilly (the animated track make just doesn't show it). It's supposed to be a beautiful day in the mid 80's. Should be a great day of racing - woohoo!!

Man for a fatboy that Red Arrow sure is smooth. It really reminds me of and makes me miss David Bailey ,Stefan Everts,Ronnie Lachine,Damon Huffman and Kevin Windham.

Welker, the whole track is a gnarly elevation change. The only flat spot is the straight behind the start-gate. All the big jumps are either massive step-ups or step downs. The animated arrow-map doesn't show how extreme the elevation changes actually are. I live 15 min's down the street from the track and go scare myself there on a regular basis.

I like how it shows the elevation changes, even if they may not seem as steep as they are in real life. You can tell where some big breaking bumps will probably form.

Putting the Racer X symbol makes the arrow look more phallic, but that's OK. I'm sure only the "mean girls" would make fun of it.
