Help Ryan Reddick
Wednesday, April 18, 2012 | 9:40 AMWe recevied this inspiring message from former amateur motocross rider Ryan Reddick, who was paralyzed in October 2011. Read his story below.
Ill make this short and sweet. Attached is a link to a video of me riding all from last year, i know the quality sucks but I am now paralyzed from waist down since october 16th 2011. 6 months ago to the date, and i would absolutely love to race again. I have been riding my pitbike no problem at all. I do not expect you to put this video on your main website at all, but i have no money to buy a bike or i would in a heartbeat, so i am wondering if there is anyone out there who could help me out with a bike in anyway shape or form. So if you could please all im asking for is a simple post of this video on facebook, a tweet, post in your blog, anything! i seriously wan this more than anything in the world so if you could just please help me out! thank you so much for your time!

He's just milking it for attention.
actually hes not milking it. this was and is a very dramatic situation, i know the kifd very well. God is gonna punish you for your ignorance!
"Just Milking It" I wish nothing more than to be able to agree with you, but sadly enough, I can't. you see I am Ryan's mother. He was injured at O.I.R. in Ravenna, Ohio on Oct. 16th 2011, just 6 short months ago, practicing on a friends bike. Ryan fractured T6 and T7. He is paralyzed from the chest down. The Dr. fused his vertebrae from T4~T9. I know that people have staged terrible diseases for their own gain, praying on people and their desire to help. This is not the case. With tears in my eyes, and a terrible whole in my heart, I assure you, Ryan's injury is fact. Ryan is a wonderful person, pillar of strength and determination, and he has a love for motocross, nothing will diminish the love for the sport that he has. Thank you Racer X for your time and support, We GREATLY appreciate your support!! Tammy Reddick
Thank you for that comment. I dont know if you realize it, but this kind of stuff just fuels my fire and makes me push even harder than before just to prove people like you wrong. In no way shape of form am i milking this, i would give up everything i have to be able to walk, but im just doing what i can. Thats all i can do, So in all honesty.. Thank you
Hey man wish I could help, but am probably just as broke as you are...the downside of being young. Someone will help you out though man, you have the heart for it.
You're an idiot Dante. Why would you be so rude? You haven't gone through anything traumatic like this in yout life, so you have no room to say anything.
Just watched the Driven to Ride episode 12, so awesome to hear your back on the bike and see you ride. I am in a wheelchair and ride quads, it would be cool to have a setup like this!
GOOD LUCK DUDE
