This sport is tough. As a result, there is no faking it. Racers that love the sport, are in it for the love of racing, riding bikes and personal improvement. LOSERS are the attention whores that are only bothering to race for the glory. As soon as things go wrong, they quit. They come up with a million excuses.
Sometimes, when they are pathological attention whores, they even sabotage their races, by always crashing when they can't win. Always flubbing the start, when they've been soundly trounced in qualifying practice.
The crowd boos, because the boos are earned. Join the crowd or become yet another object of their ire.
Villapoto is a true champion, he and his crew do what it takes to win. Sorry to dis someone, but what was JS7 doing taking the block pass on Regal for????? No reason other than a overpaid bully. Man i stood up and applauded when he hit the dirt a few laps later. My respect has gone for JS7. You got what you deserve a dirt sandwich.
Congrats to Villapoto, Windham, Reed, Dungey, Canard, Short. These guys are true champions of the sport who fight fair.
I love how Matthes and Weege talk forever about riders freakimg out when they crash and leaving their bikes on the side of the track, but they never mention the fact that when Stewart crashed this weekend, he ripped his helmet off, left his bike there, and walked away fine, but they were too busy ragging on Bogle.
