Long whoops and a roller in the start straight..........should be some entertaining dirt samples.

He must be racing.... He's on the score tower in the track map vid, but then again so is Reed! haha

Lots of long rhythm lanes, would be cool see them lengthen out the whoops even more...

777's been solid every weekend. I would love for him to get up there and battle with RV.

sub 50 sec. lap times??? Stupid! let the injured heal up, hand over the SX championship and bring on the OUTDOORS,,,,, I'm so sick of the indoor races..

Check out this video from SRAC round 2 at Thunder Valley, Lakewood Colorado.
I think the edititing is SICK! Maybe Davey will see it and post it up. Definately worthy.

Enjoy!

POOOKY, I can not agree more. Only the most hardcore athletes can survive the nationals and at least you get your $$$ when you pay to see them. SX is just a pretty show (aside DAYTONA) and a waist of $$$. 20 laps + 2 min would help.

I cant watch these damn vids on work comp, why do they cahnge the format all the time?

I love it when they add a roller in the start. The first few sections of the track are garbage, no real flow. The long whoops and rhythm sections look good. All in all not happy with this weeks layout.

@pooky i could'nt agree more. weather is getting good here in the northeast...ready for the real racin to strart.

I would like to prepare some of the d-bags that care about lap times. There is a full lap before timing will begin. I have already seen this track Claxton put up what he thought it would be yesterday. All this track has is rhythm section's with whoops and two triple's finished with a finish line double how boring. Maybe Claxton can come up with something better before dirt worx finishes this one.

They definitely need to redo the race format, 20minutes + 2 laps sounds like a good starting point to go from.

I don't think coming back to thr first corner so soon is to cool. What if there is a pile up in that first corner? The leaders are gonna have to try and get through all the kaos. Especially after getting tangled up over the start straight jump..=[

Lets hope they keep that roller on the start straight, and make it a real one, not just a hump.. And lets hope we get some real whoops again..REAL ONES..

Yes there it is the same old thing over and over again. Well this will be the first live race i will miss but I made other plans I am sick of these tracks. I will watch the main when I get home on the DVR this is just like Arena cross track layouts anymore.

Word is JSR is not be racing unfortunately. The brutal outdoor nationals can't compare to the brutality of the supercross series. Look at how many guys get hurt in supercross compared to the nationals. Looks like SX is the more hardcore area of the sport. Only a few can make it through. Remember 03' when the same 3 guys went 1 through 3 in the last six races of the year? They were they only factory supported riders left in the series!

I actually think this track looks pretty good, they'll have options in the rhythm sections. Doesn't really matter what the track layout is, people will still complain. They ran a different style track at A1 and everyone cried about it including the riders and said it was one lined, even though on TV it clearly wasn't. There's only so much that can be done in that amount of space in the timeframe they're working with. That being said, bring on the outdoor nationals I'm over it!

At least it will be challenging dirt...that Toronto Stuff gets RUTTED bad...

Yep, looks like short lap times to me. I agree with a couple of you guys re: the Nationals. And hey, when I was racing - no, I didn't get to the national level - they were 45 minutes, not (basically) 35. Maybe it's just as tough with today's bikes/tracks at 35 minutes, but still.

I think the absence of GoPro videos may be linked to the lack of GoPro riders that made it to the checkers last weekend.

I dig the track layout. I looks to me like the one back section was perfectly set up for a JS7 quad? That final little step down into the corner after the last jump would have perfect for that, if we was able to make it in Canada. Sucks he won't be there.

Love the bump in the start straight too. that keeps it interesting for sure!
