I said on Friday I thought it was RV's turn. Maybe it could have been a better race if JS didn't wad up in H1 - maybe not - but overall I feel it was by far the best track technically but it unfortunately, produced one line racing essentially. Sure you had passes here and there but it was pretty much follow the leader.

Feel bad for Seely - he was jammin...Still a good ride. And please don't take me as a hater here but I am glad to see a podium that didn't have a PC bike on it (although 2 of the bikes on it had PC parts!) - I just feel it has been the same dominant team for way to long and it doesn't bode well for the future of the sport to have one team that dominates...

p.s. how about Brayton mixing it up there with RV for a while there...best moment of the night IMO...

Guys that mix it up with superior beings in the early going are the guys that drift back to fifth place a half lap behind at the finish. I never see any of these guys mix it up with JS because he would punt them in the stands. I liked how Reed looked back then let James go right on by.

@Clapston - Quote " I never see any of these guys mix it up with JS because he would punt them in the stands. I liked how Reed looked back then let James go right on by."

You sir must have missed last weeks race - go and watch it again. You will see Brayton mixing it up with JS.

Or go back two weeks and watch Reed pass JS on his way to catching Weimer for the win. Reed said he was I'll and I believe him. He possibly did not have the steam to run with those guys. That simple

I do not play the BIASED FANBOY card. I like the sport and I like good racing I could care less about who is on the bikes.

To be clear the incidents I am refering to involving Brayton (mixing it up with JS and RV)were both in heat races - to be clear.

I dont think Reeds illness was effecting him too much....he didnt have an issue trying to run RV off the track at the start of the main....In their heat race, James passed 4 or 5 guys (including Reed) in one section and was gone...he had 5 or more seconds on Reed and Dungey with in 4 laps before going down...Albeit still a crash, James wasnt really riding over his head per say when he crashed......little mistake like they all do or just some funky traction...sometimes it bites ya, sometimes it doesnt....As far as Reed looking over at James, he was probably doing just that, "looking at him" and thinking..."there goes james"....Reed had nothing to offer James and nowhere to go as James had the inside....sick or not, James was clearly faster than Reed at A2 and has been just about every week..James beats James most the time...If Reed would have won, he would have played down being sick....mind games....

My definition of riding over your head is, riding at a speed that is at or over your ability to keep control of your bike. This would include loss of traction, front end, or control period. JS wrecks for one reason, loss of control. I don't see how anyone can say he wasn't riding over his head unless you think he wanted to wreck ? he is the cause of every wreck he has been in this year and 98% of last yeras, we are not talking about someone else taking him out, his seem to be self induced.
If this guy will slow down 5% I think he could pull second in this series, if he doesnt it will be a 2011 repeat I'm afraid.

Here's to him staying up !!
