OK, sign me up. I am good for one more workout. I wish this was around when I was able to train and ride like I did 30 years ago

Dude is whack, but he continues to believe in it, so more power to him.

I wonder if he knows you can just pick up a weight plate and do that same work out. What he's talking about doing when making his shoulder more flexible, is his rotator cuff. There are already a number of good rotator cuff workouts out there that don't make you look like an idiot, sitting on a ball, swinging some rope weight around your head, taking up 40 sq feet of space. Nobody is going to do this workout at their regular gym, it's retarded.

But I guess since he keeps paying for the advertising, racerx will keep playing it.

I have been watching these videos of Ryno and the one problem I find with his different exercises is that he skips a bunch of steps in his progressions. His workouts are too advanced for most people in the world to actually do correctly, just because he can do it does not mean everyone else can! If he was a good trainer he would teach progressions starting from basic then to more technical.

@really- Rotator cuff exercises work one muscle, they isolate the rotator cuff. This compound movement works multiple muscles and balance among other things. Motocross is a sport that does not isolate one muscle so why work one muscle? If you look at any dynamic sports the athletes train in multiple planes, and they do not train like your meat heads in the gym.

this is a repeat, I like the idea, but atleast keep it fresh, or run a series of a few different workouts
