Dang those bikes sound sweet
Can you guess which rider is which just by the sound?
THANK YOU FOR NOT RUINING IT WITH MUSIC!
Sounds like a bunch of tractors plowing a field, until 2:00 when there's a pack.
that last part when everyone was scrubbin was sickk. tommy weeck rode so filthy that first moto. wicked style
What'd I'd give to watch "The Spot" that only has factory 250 2 strokes. Awesome shots. Thanks.
you dont live on a farm do you
Watching Mike Brown or RC just wringing the guts out of their 125's on that hill, lap after lap was one of the highlights of going to this race over a 30 year span. Those PC 125's just sounded wicked!
Man i love this footie. Watch the first 250f up the hill. Its a yammi rider. his front wheel is off the ground all the way up HP hill. badasss
no offense racer x, ur vids of these "spots" are BAD!!! They are never big air or anything interesting, or really bad angles!!! You need to start doing better!
This isn't even horsepower hill, it's the pre-jump! You should have put the camera right at the very top of it!
YOURE AN IDIOT. Ok the first few shots were not that fun to watch but the last one was epic! LOVE the spot films. My favorite so far was high point and budds creek
The videos are probably the coolest ones ya'll post!! Keep em coming!!
This video tho wasnt that great, I personally like the big jumps seeing every hit it different. It shouldve been at the big jump at the top of the hill. :D
They are not even scrubbing, they are just turning sideways.
Still chaps my ass that they took out Chuck Sun, the catcher's mit, and Leeches Lump! In-field is Schtoopid! What were you thinking, Huffmans?!
Cool video though. Love these.
I dooo love the sound of dirtscooters in the mornin YEWW!
The spot should have been about 5 feet behind the silencer on Mike Horbon's YZ 250.
For those of you that want to be negative about what you saw.Unless you can produce a video as good as this shut your crap hole. It was very good and fun to watch. I just wish they could have run the footage longer. Way to go RACER X for more excellent films and please keep them coming.
It's a great idea and everyone knows it is. We also imagine there is potential untapped and are hungered for more so please bring it on.
@Jake511, I agree! Watching the pros through the Hillsborough Hoops (not whoops!) was always epic! Washougal without the Chuck Sun jump and Catchersmit Corner sort of looks like 'shougal lost a tooth.
@asdf - I guess you didn't watch the entire video then. There were tons of shots looking down from the top of the hill.
To you morons complaining about this video I say this......just because you like big jumps doesn't mean that these vids are not cool. There is so much more to moto than jumping. Watching how different riders get the power to the ground to go up a 600 foot hill and choosing different lines may not be flashy, but if you pay attention you will see there are tons of different lines and techniques being employed by the riders. Any idiot can huck a big jump. Just twist the throttle and hang on. I see beginners at tracks in SoCal, Oregon, and WA that can all jump something that looks somewhat impressive. But watching them spode through corners, whoops, timing sections, or uphills is like watching a monkey having relations with a foot ball.
Keep up the good work RacerX. Don't listen to the adolescents posting on here that don't even spend their own money to purchase your mag or buy from your advertisers.
and to think that so many MX'ers gave me so much crap as a 125 nov for always moving my bike off each jump in the early 80's. they can all eat roost- I helped start the scrub revolution of today!
