I love these in preparation articles. It's nice to get a behind the scenes look at what actually goes into getting ready for a national. Obviously it's alot different than the average guy getting ready for a local race. Seems like you got the perfect guy to explain the life a suspension guy. Very well spoken and explained well enough without going into too much detail.

Very informative and interesting. Ya know, thats the beauty of running a super combat wombat rear suspension...soft, medium, and stiff...spring setting, and yer done.....forks, just dump or add oil till desired handling. Use the time you would have to work on all this fancy stuff on the new bikes, to drink beer, and chase woman. Even more simple.

Maybe I will try an find Jonny some time and have a beer with him. I bet he drinks a lot! Look at who rides for him. I bet its like trying to make a "B" class rider happy in the woods. Just not going to happen.
