Let's Write these people, Neighbor's Bud and Jacque Klein complained that Reed likely destroyed numerous gopher tortoise burrows when he hauled in tons of dirt to build the track. According to the environmental report, there is one active burrow in the project area and three more were detected just outside the track. "There's no telling how many he buried," Jacque Klein said.
