Canard and Windham impressive!! Glad to see the #14 coming back to spice up the outdoors a little, the crowd was going nuts with that holeshot. Fitness would be his own issue cause he rides so smooth. Dungey smoked all as expected. There is no threat for him now, Reed seems to be done and Short is way far back. Now it will be just cruise control for RD. Waiting to see Stewie back at the nationals but there will be no banging with Dungey since he will be already riding in conservative mode. Well, I guess we'll have to wait for the SX season to be on the edge os the couch while watching the races. What happened with IT-9 and Reed? Hope they are ok.
Great to see Dungey go 1-1 again but there was some great racing at Millville. BT101 was really on it in moto 2 and if not for a slip out he might have been in it to win it. Windham was very impressive great to see him running up front brings something special to the races. There will be some great racing coming this year even if Bubble's does not come back lovin it! DUNGEY RULES!!!!!!!!!!
This guy may win some motos this summer. http://motocross.transworld.net/1000098775/videos/james-stewart-raw/#idc-cover
I hope Honda helps out Regal for the rest of the year . Not so much with a bike, but getting him and his stuff to the races. 2 podiums this year, passed by Short and getting him back in the 2ND moto, after how hot it was there. Also Ben Evans came from waaaay back in the first moto heat for 20th (no visor and all). He wasn't even at the tail end of the pack when he came around where I was standing at the far end of the track.
Windham was good I just wish RV was there. I wonder if RV would beat Dungey? Now we wont find out for a while. If you asked me a yr ago I would say RV is the best outdoors but watching Dungey makes you doubt that. You have to wonder how Pourcel would do on a 450. Im sure 2nd moto issue is gonna be discussed contract time. But hey the guy does what he needs to do and is still your points leader even with a 10th 2nd moto.Pourcel is a smart rider for sure.
for Honda to act like Regal isn't even on a red bike makes me freakin angry. Short is making bank, living like a rockstar while regal is pitting out of a cargo van with bikes his family bought. Honda stepped up for windham, Why cant honda do anything for regal. I know i will never ride a honda again. roger decoster is one of the biggest buttholes i've ever met (big time). He stepped up real quick when cody cooper cracked the top 5. I hope regal finishes out the season just like he has been than gets a huge contract from Suzuki or Kawi and can finally tell the honda guys to suck it. This is true Rags to riches, but honda's too good to give any riches. Only to short who fades 3 or 4 positions every moto while regal makes up about 5,6,7 positions every moto. the way i see it, Windham is soooooooooo filthy rich already, has nothing to prove (already been proven). windham flys private jets, has tons of acres. biggest house ive ever seen for a Moto guy. Regal is living off of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in a cargo van. Some things are just effed up and i wish i had the money and power to make them right. Go 41. Love to see him stuff Shorty hard than roost him
How does an 8-2 beat a 5-4???
Regal is the man, always thought so since the beat Reed..dgizzy, really???? how would u even doubt poto? dungys fast but come on now....poto, outdoors ?
@dgizzy:why would watching dungey make u doubt rv? dungey stood behind windham half the moto and has had his ass handed to him by grant. that is proof enough that RV is easily better than dungey outdoors.
There's no doubt Honda is helping Regal with parts, you can count on that. There is a ton of red tape in getting a privateer on a factory bike, no pun intended.
STOSH... I know kyle and his sister Casaundra. I talk to her more than him cuz he's always riding. I know for a fact he isn't getting any factory support. I'd love to see Regal and shorty switch bikes.... haha. Watch regal battle w/ towley, and perhaps dungey. Andrew short would be battling for like 12th with mike alessi. No doubt dungeys' corner speed is "better than RC", while RV is the guy that just hangs off the back pinned and doesn't seem to matter which line he's in. Those 2 will battle for years to come. i see it like SX . If dungey holeshots, he wins. if RV holeshots, he'll win.
This is kinda late, but if Alessi, 800 were on a 450SXF he would probably be on the podium. I know he is marketing a new bike, but KTM could have close to another championship if they would let Mike loose on a 450. Just my opinion. I would only hope that this cold lead to a new class to add variety. Think about this, a midway class of 350Fs and 250 two strokes as a support class, of 1 moto at half time.
