Bonds’ who hails from Maricopa, Ca will begin his 2010 season this weekend in Phoenix, Az (WORCS Rnd #1) aboard his Maxxis/NTS/R&D Motorsports Kawasaki KX450F. I’ve always battled my weight over my career. And while I leaned down two years ago, this year I feel like I’m in the best shape since my Pro Circuit days”, Bonds said earlier this week. “Jason and I put together a pretty good deal for this year. Maxxis Tires really stepped in to title my team and I can’t thank them enough. My friend Rob Hale and his wife Donna helped me out with a couple of bikes and Wes Furrh a local businessman and moto enthusiast from NTS Inc. helped finalize my efforts. I’m very thankful for them and my entire sponsorship line-up and look forward to getting back that #1 plate. It’s gonna be a tough season, but to say I’m ready is an understatement. I’m here to prove to everyone and myself I’m far from done and win is what I’m here to do.”
Bonds will contest the entire 2010 WORCS series along with the San Diego and Anaheim 3 Supercrosses out of the Warthog Racing rig. Bonds will also be racing a good portion of the AMA Lucas Oil Outdoor season as well.
