MSR MX at X-Games 15
MSR riders were in full effect at this year’s X-Games. Kevin “K-Dub” Windham was competing in both Step-up and Moto X in which he brought home a Bronze medal in Moto X. In the step-up event he cleared 30’ in his first jump but unfortunately was eliminated at the next height change. We were extremely excited for Kevin being it was his first time competing in that event.
Nick Wey, sporting his all new 2010 NYK rider Inspired line was on hand for the Moto-X event. He struggled a bit in his heat but came back and won the last chance qualifier. After a dead last start in the final he fought his way back to a fifth place finish. Congratulations Nick!
Elizabeth Bash was on hand for her first X-Games of her career competing in the Women’s Moto-X. Elizabeth rode a great race and brought home a Bronze medal. It was awesome to see how excited Elizabeth was for her first X-games medal. She was quickly off to Loretta Lynn’s to hopefully capture a championship down at the dude ranch.
Chris Ridgway, one of our recently signed Athletes dominated the Moto-X Adaptive event and brought home the Gold medal. We are extremely excited to have Chris on board here at MSR and look forward to working with him in the future!
