DMXS Amateur Hour: Episode Three
Tim Cotter / Dean Wilson
Tim Cotter has played an instrumental roll in the success of mxsport. Through his work at the 2009 Lucas Oil Outdoor Nationals to his commitment to the success of the Loretta Lynn’s program, Cotter has devoted his life to growing the sport of motocross and off-road racing. While his list of responsibilities is long, we only have one thing on our minds, the 28th Annual Air Nautiques Amateur Motocross Championship (Loretta Lynn’s).
There are a lot of changes heading into this year’s event, including an all new state of the art infrastructure covering pit row, a few track changes and much more. Tim lets us in on all the happenings going down before everything kicks off on August 2.
Dean Wilson has been the most talked about amateur of 2009. He’s collected multiple titles from every amateur national, taken the points lead in the Canadian Outdoor Nationals and is gearing up to make his assault on Loretta Lynn’s, and, perhaps more importantly, Unadilla. Listen in as Dean talks about his most recent injury (chopping off the tip of his middle finger) and his plans for the 2009 Lucas Oil Motocross Championships.
