Two Seans for Two Brocs?

When Star Racing Yamaha's Broc Tickle broke his jaw during press day at Anaheim on Friday afternoon, Bobby Regan's team scrambled to find a suitable replacement in Sean Collier. The hope was that Collier would be able to move from his Warthog Racing-backed CRF450 Honda to the YZ250F Yamaha, but the rider decided after practice to give it a week to regroup, then join Star Racing.
It now appears that another Sean is being lined up to replace another Broc, as Yamaha factory rider Broc Hepler, who crashed in practice and broke his collarbone, is out for a few weeks. The word on the street is that Yamaha will offer Hepler's seat to Sean Hamblin, who actually rode for the team last summer as the replacement for the sidelined Grant Langston. Hamblin was set to ride in the Dortmund SX over in Germany this weekend, but it sounds like it could all be on hold.
Stay tuned.
