After Glen Helen, my brother Jon and I decided to take a little tour around California and visit some of our advertisers. We didn't have a chance to go riding but we had a good time, made some deals, drank some beers, solved the world’s problems, and couldn’t ask for better weather. Check out the photos below and have a good weekend.
This is how you watch a baseball game
etnies' Matt Chapman is always making deals
If you’re ever in Lake Forest, stop by Oakley. The building is massive, it has huge steel bolts on the outside, electric chairs in the lobby, and a Drag car on the wall. It’s a must see.
Big E, you forgot your helmet at Answer
Troy Lee Designs is located in Corona and there is a museum when you walk in that is amazing. They have helmets on display from Emig, MC, Wardy, Stanton, and Bradshaw. There’s also a lot of cool artwork on the walls
The boys at No Fear just moved into a new building. I had a chance to look at the 2009 gear and it’s pretty bitchin'!
When we stopped by Spy to see Nick and Phil, I felt this big hand on my shoulder. I turned around and it was Big Black from Rob and Big!
Pro Circuit has all their championship bikes on display in their lobby. If
Austin Stroupe rides like he did last weekend, then we might see another #51 in the showroom
Kenny at Dragon has a lot of new things in the works for 2009
Smooth Industries' Mike Koger has to be one of the hardest working guys in the industry
One Industries' Danny Dobey was all kicked back in his office
Racer X's Senior Art Director, Langers, is back up and hobbling from his crash a few weeks ago. Thanks for the drinks, Dave.
Check out the U.S.S. Midway in San Diego
We just landed up in Sacramento, so it’s time to get back to work. See you at the races!
