Saying you are fit for motocross has different meaning to different people. The pros certainly have their level of fitness while the rest of us have ours. Just finishing a moto may be enough for you to consider yourself fit but just how does the motocross athlete stack up against other sports. Most people would rank motocross right up there with soccer, cycling, boxing and the latest ultra conditioning sport, mixed martial arts as requiring a high degree of fitness. Without a standard to compare these sports we may never know who is the most fit. Most people, however, would agree that the U.S. Navy SEALS are in great shape.
