Josh Hill Earns Second Place Finish in RCA Dome
Indianapolis, Indiana – March 5, 2008 – Josh Hill of Yoncalla, Oregon claimed second place at the final Supercross race in the RCA Dome in front of 57,284 raging fans.
It was the 17th and final AMA Supercross race at the RCA Dome, setting the stage for a historic night or racing. It was a big race for WMG athlete Josh Hill who has earned a place in the history books with a podium finish. The 18 year old Hill claimed his second runner up position for the 2008 series this past weekend. “I really have stepped up my program both on the physical and mental side of things and I just look to build on my results week by week,” said Hill. “My goals are to ride well and be on the podium each week.” The WMG young gun is a rookie in the Supercross class, since placing 3rd overall in last years West Coast Lites Championship. Hill currently sits in 7th place overall and looks to build on his standing as he heads to Daytona this Friday, March 7 for Round 10 of the series at the famous International Daytona 200 Speedway.
