ESPN Moto X World Championship Event and Telecast Schedule
April 12 - 13; Eight Hours on TV; Motocross Legend Jeremy McGrath Invited
The inaugural Navy Moto X World Championships from Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego will feature day-long action Saturday and Sunday, April 12 -13, with eight hours of live coverage on ESPN and ESPN2. The annual event will bring together world-class Moto X riders competing in a variety of disciplines, including Freestyle, SuperMoto, Best Trick, Step Up, Speed & Style and Moto X Racing.
ESPN/ESPN HD and ESPN2 will combine to televise the competition Saturday, April 12, from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. ET (1 – 4 p.m. PT) and Sunday, April 13, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. (noon – 5 p.m. PT). In addition, extensive coverage will be provided via ESPN360.com and EXPN.com.
In addition, motocross legend Jeremy McGrath has been added to the invited list of athletes and will compete in Step Up, SuperMoto and Moto X Racing. McGrath joins Travis Pastrana, Ricky Carmichael, Carey Hart, Jeremy Stenberg, Brian Deegan and others at this first-ever event.
More than 85 of the world’s best competitors in motocross will vie for $450,000 in prize money. The Moto X World Championships -- created and organized by ESPN -- will encompass six sport disciplines.

Tickets are $10, $20 and $25 with free pit access included in the $20 and $25 tickets. A military discount will be offered - $5 discount from a $25 ticket and $3 discount from a $20 ticket. The two-day RV parking pass offers picnic tables, an acoustic music stage, power, port-a-johns and a common area.
