Champion Tyler Bright and Ryan Smith Join Team Bad Boy
Bad Boy Power Drink rider Tyler Bright # 21, wrapped up the AX East Coast Lites Championship in Pikeville, KY over the weekend with a first place finish on Friday, and a third place finish on Saturday. Starting this weekend in Atlanta, GA, Tyler will ride the # 709 in the SX division of the AMA Supercross Series for Team Bad Boy, sponsored by Bad Boy Power Drink. Bright and Bad Boy Jake Marsack # 66, who took 14th place in the main event in the SX series at Reliant Park in Houston, Texas on February 16th, will represent Team Bad Boy in Atlanta. When Bad Boy Jeff Alessi # 801, returns from an injury in a few weeks, Team Bad Boy will have three riders in the SX division to finish off the season.
Team Bad Boy has also signed Ryan Smith # 831, nephew of legendary rider David Bailey, to represent the team in the SX Lites division. Smith will be on-hand in Atlanta to sign autographs in the pits, and will start to compete as early as the SX event in Daytona, FL on March 7, 2008.
