DVS' Kevin Windham Takes Second in SF
January 29, 2008 – Round four of the 2008 Supercross Series took place this past Saturday night in San Francisco, California. DVS’ Kevin Windham took second place and Ivan Tedesco took sixth.
It was another rainy night for the riders where anything was possible. Windham had a strong first place finish in the heat race and was focused on taking the win in the main event. He started off in the lead, but after four laps was passed by Davi Millsaps. On lap five, Windham fell giving Millsaps the lead. Then Millsaps fell giving Reed the lead, which also allowed Windham to regain some ground, putting him into second position where he finished. Ivan Tedesco started strong as well and was looking to secure a top five finish when he fell, but still landed in sixth place. Troy Adams from Hart’s new team Rockstar Hart and Huntington also had a top ten finish.
In the Lites division, Torco Racing Fuels Honda team rider Dan Reardon finished in 4th place.
Now it’s once again back to Anaheim, California for round five. Watch all of the action on CBS, Sunday morning at 9am PST. For more listings and info, visit supercross.com.
