InnovativeMX.com Amateur Open Report
InnovativeMX.com / Monster Energy / Yamaha’s: Chris Alldredge wins the 85 7-11 stock and modified championships at the Amateur Open.
InnovativeMX.com / Monster Energy / Yamaha’s: Bailey Bruner get’s 3rd overall in the 85 7-11 mod
“We came into the Amateur Open to use it as a warm up race and work out all the bugs. This was our first event with our new hauler and with our new team so we wanted to make sure we got out all the bugs before the Mini O’s and that we did.”
“To be honest, I didn’t expect much out of the kids, because everything was new, but they got almost every holeshot and were running one and two in most of the motos. Bailey fell two times in the stock class and got passed on the last lap in the modified class and gave up second overall.”
All our riders will be competing at the Mini O’s and we’re very excited with our line up for the up and coming season.
Amateur Open was pushing it for Christian -- he wanted to have a few more weeks testing the new bikes and he will be 100% and ready to go at the Mini O’s. Nick Schmidt got his cast off on the 1st of this month so we’re not 100% that he will be ready for Mini O’s, but we‘re hoping for the best.
I can’t thank Donnie Luce enough for this opportunity he has given us. I would also like to thank all the guys at Pro Circuit for rushing to get our motors and suspension done at the 11th hr, Kyle at Monster Energy, Paggio at Oakley, Rod from FLY, N-Style, One Helmets, Dunlop, Bob at Gaerne, DNA wheels, Vans, Rockford Fosgate, WPS, Vortex, Ted Campbell for all his help, Mike Craig, Engine Ice, Pro Clean100 and I hope I didn’t forget anyone.
