TEMECULA, Calif. – October 11, 2007 – Outdoor Channel, America’s Leader in Outdoor TV, announced today its partnership with Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) to telecast the 2007 Motocross of Nations on October 26th at 8:30 PM ET.

The Motocross of Nations is the world’s premier motocross event and features an annual competition among national teams fielded by many of the FIM’s affiliated federations. Established in post-war Europe in 1947, the famed event has run uninterrupted since that time. Now, the 61st renewal of the world’s longest-running motocross championship attracts teams from more than 30 nations and six continents.

“We understand the dedication our viewers have for this event, which is the most prestigious international event in off-road motorcycling,” said Tom Hornish, COO at Outdoor Channel.  “In the past, it has taken months for fans to be able to view a telecast of this great event. This year, footage will be available to Outdoor Channel viewers within a few weeks of the actual event.”
