Murrieta, CA, August 25-26
Pole Position Raceway is celebrating the grand opening of its all-new indoor go-kart track in Murrieta on August 25-26. Action begins at 10am on Saturday with head-to-head racing inside the all-new state-of-the-art air-conditioned facility.
Customers will have a chance to win prizes, meet celebrity racers, and discover why indoor karting is being called the closest thing to real racing that most people will ever experience. These are not the karts you remember as a kid. These are high-performance karts that flat out haul. They are capable of reaching 45mph, and you won’t find anything faster in the nation!
“This is going to change the way people view entertainment in the Murrieta/Temecula Valley,” said co-founder Jason Williams. “This is fun for the entire family, and it definitely gets the adrenaline pumping.”
“Pole Position Raceway is dedicated to fun,” said co-founder Ken Faught. “Our motto is built for racers, by racers. We want everyone to feel what it’s like to drive where there are no speed limits and have the ability to slide through corners. It truly doesn’t get much better than this. It’s a real entertainment bargain!”
Those involved with Pole Position Raceway also include AMA Supercross Champs Jeremy McGrath and Chad Reed, 2004 NASCAR Champ Kurt Busch, Hillclimb World Champs, Kerry and Robie Peterson, X-Games Gold Medalist Mike Metzger, Freestyle Legend Kenny Bartram, off-road stars Randy Hawkins, Barry Hawk, Bret Peterson and Dick Burleson, NASCAR reporter Jamie Little, along with F.I.M Motocross World Champs Greg Albertyn and Grant Langston.
The Murrieta track is now open and a fourth track is planned for later this year in Las Vegas. Pole Position Raceway is already the most-popular chain of indoor go-kart tracks in the United States and the best just keeps getting better!
