Girlyz Team Riders #4 and #120
With tons of fans and the energy level pumping, the BooKoo
Arenacross, Long Beach, CA, made the perfect welcoming pad to WMA pro
riders #4 Sarah Whitmore, and #120 Aubriana Dunn.
Girlyz founder and CEO, Jeannie King, was excited to announce Girlyz
2006 WMA Pro racers to the fans at BooKoo as she said; "What better
than to announce such an amazing addition to our team, then in our own
backyard!" (The Girlyz Corporate Offices are in Southern California.)
Jeannie presented Sarah with a welcome Girlyz helmet, before she jumped
in the BooKoo Sano Systems Pit Bike Class.
Jeannie and the Girlyz team were looking for diversity within their
race team, the "Sugar and Spice" of Women's motocross racers.
Sarah and Aubriana definitely fit the mold! Jeannie points out:
"Sarah is an ideal spokesperson for Girlyz, with her aggressive race
style, constant podium finishes, and her girly feminine appeal.
Aubriana brings an amazing flare and energy not seen by many
riders. Her passion is her drive and her riding is
captivating!" The entire Girlyz team is looking forward to
Sarah and Aubriana sharing the spotlight in the '06 riding season.
As a tribute to their sponsored riders, Girlyz has introduced two
special edition, WMA pro sponsored riders shirts, which will soon be
available for purchase on Girlyz.com. Sarah Whitmore and Aubriana
Dunn, now have special tanks designed to honor their unique
personalities, amazing riding style, and commitment to the sport of
motocross. Breanne Schmidt, Marketing Director for Girlyz,
exclaims, "These girls offer so much to women in the motocross
industry, this was the least we can do to honor their dedication to the
sport and recognize what they have done to make it better for all women
in this industry."
