Good workout! A lot of professional teams and the military are starting to train specifically for the role. I like your statement about "no doing magic tricks," train for the event. Power lifters will power lift, body builders will body build, long distance runners, sprinters etc... We have a saying in the outfit, "train like you fight!" Also "the more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in fighting!!"
