The fans should have been an option.....getting sick of Anaheim.
This is the first look at west coast dirt and stadiums for Barcia .. He is an excellent mud rider and grew up east so if going east was any benefit to anybody I would say JB51 will turn it up a notch very soon..
SanDiego Reeds goose is and will be cooked ! LOL !! In the past he always came into QualCom with a steady stream of top rides this year NO ... 6 place if lucky..
This is the year of the New Guard ! Dungy rules !
My thoughts were that with east coast dirt being softer and possibly more rutted, Stew might struggle more trying to protect his knee. Villo rides that stuff well though, and no matter the track, I do think he's consistently one of the fastest. Better traction might do him some good in regards to losing his front end.
They will probably add Anaheim 4,5,6,7,8................ next year and if won't be a factor!
I think Barcia will benefit as well as RV and JS. Better traction helps any rider that pushes the limit.
I'm tired of Anaheim too. Make Arlington a west coast round along with Denver, and add a new one back east. Maybe Nashville or Pittsburgh.
@DungeyPoto I was thinking the same thing. "People in the eastern time zone that don't like staying up late" would probably be a popular choice.
How can 11% of the voters think that Millsaps will benefit the most out of the list of top 10 in the points? He's got a win, two 2nd's, a 3rd and a 4th, as well as a 14 pt lead. I would vote him as the guy that would like the rest of the races to stay in CA. What am I missing? I voted JB and agree with yamyblues.
We all have our fav rider but without them all - there is No race. I think we should all be a little more thankful to ALL the ...RIDERS WHO WORK !
Long live Henry IV LOL !
@DungeyPoto, looked like you got it right for all of us. The fans win because everyone is still healthy (though a few bumps and bruises), we have a guy totally unexpected running the red plate 5 weeks in a row, the main players are still in the fight, Canard is finally healthy, and every weekend brings surprises and a mix on the box. Finally, a season that has delivered on the predictions.
These guys are awesome. If you have any doubt as to how good every guy is, watch Supercross Live and tune in to the “C” qualifying class (mostly fast local pros). It is amazing just how good the guys in the “A” group really are. Actually, it is mind-blowing.
Everybody lives on the east coast anyway nowadays or at the very least has a "compound" out there. There are, as always, some exceptions, but that is pretty much the norm now.
@ yamyblues, good point. Barcia getting more comfortable is bad news for everybody else.
Consistency- DM18 tops that one, probably won't last much longer, he will be picking himself up and rounding in umpteenth place as most others have.
CR22-Been down lately-reed is due for a podium or two, not washed up yet, mid top five in the end.
RV1- pure speed and ability to move through pack-RV1 is the fastest rider in every race so far!(when both feet are on the Pegs), top 2 in the Series in the end.
TC41-slowly building with every race, he will be there in the end, top 4.
Barcia- flash in pan...likely to be back on top of podium, and in the semi by lap 6 of the main, we will probably see both, look for more next year, out of top 5.
RD5- he is another, building every week, sorting things out. KTM has the best support group on the tour(cost is not an issue apparently), he will be tough to beat! Top 2.
JS7- beginning to show some maturity, the focus on him has been reduced, he is no longer expected to win, and has knee as diversion, james is benefiting from this(not the injury, but the reduced attention), middle of top ten.
Parody, you got to love this season so far! I am going to stick my neck out for the top 7 for the series. I expect to get lots of feedback. Knock yourself out!

Poto will go on another win streak that will carry him to the top spot that he will nurse until the end. Milsaps is bound to hit the dirt as we has been a bit out of control at times and this will spoil his red plate. All in all though- GREAT season so far!
@LCB24
Good top 7. I'm going with Canard swapping with Milsaps for 3rd and 4th.
Pitbull, you said it all there. I think that pretty well sums it up, personally, I am waiting for the east to start so I can watch the Marts. A-Mart and J-Mart. Haven't heard much about Alex's wrist. Hoping he will be ready, but Jeremy has been traing hard down at the R C compound. I'm certain he will be ready. RC's mom has been working his tail off!! Go#37 M!
Not sure what happened there, should be no "M" I wrote Go#37 & #77!
Well, I know I've won already. This year, we have had fantastic racing at both in both the 250's and 450's. Last weeks claw back by RD5 was enough to call it a day and claim this season successful; the racing has been so exciting.... and that includes a LCQ!?????
East coast advantage though goes to JB51, whom I am not a fan of at all. Still, JB and everyone on the circuit is giving the fans an awesome season so far.
Barcia, Stewart, Reed and RV will benefit by crashing into softer dirt. When will these guys start riding dirty? You know its coming.
