what happend to stewart-- did he bobble?
I know he's a great guy off the track and we're all rooting for him but I don't think TC has learned his lesson yet. He's gonna block you or take you out if givin half a chance whether it's the first lap of the first race or the last lap of the last race(a.k.a. his only SX Lites title when he punted RV off the track). Slow your roll Trey. It's early!

I don't know what surprised me more, Millsaps winning or Villopoto crashing several times.
Only thing that could have been better would be K-Dub in 3rd.God was I praying for Trey, but hey, Davey made a move to get it back and did, and Millsaps rocks, always has. Man I gotta check my lotto ticket, this is friggin great. WAY TO GO TREY! And little Hanny.........................priceless.

Wow wow wow,How bout that Davey Millsaps and Trey Canard.Ol Reed slipped in in fourth.I guess RV is wanting to give these boys a head start cause their gonna need it.Damn 2 of the top riders are already limping around.I'm afraid Stewart may be hurt but I hope not.I was kind of pulling for Grant but he is such a turd I just can't do it.He is the dirtiest rider ever.One thing is for sure if he knows you have a bad knee or leg he is going to try to cripple you.After tonights race I'll never pull for that little punk turd again, ever!

You need to watch the replay.He knocked RV off the track.A turn or two before that it looked like he was trying to kill Stewart.Just reminded me of the Colorado national a few years back when he bluntly took out Alessi on purpose who just happened to have a hurt knee and ruining his season.I've never liked Grant but I was pulling for him because I felt sorry for him because his mom took all his money. I'm done with that little punk.

Stewart making excuses? Why am I not surprised? He does this at the start of every season. Then quits if he's not in first place. I'm sure 3-5 more races from now, if Stewart isn't leading in points, he'll drop out. Guy needs to stick with it and stop being such a baby, when was the last time he even finished a season?

fred don't you think it's possible that what we saw on tv was retaliation from something that was not on the broadcast. Stewart gives his fellow racers 0 respect and villapoto just pisses them off with his blazing speed. There's a lot of racing going on that is not on film.

He seemed shocked to be on a SX show. So, we agree on that, anyway.

@porcupine tree.....when YOU get on the box you can talk about what YOU want....If Canard wants to talk about his faith on the box thats his right...HE earned it....i'm sure you'd rather hear him thank Fly or Dunlop...but its important to HIM...turn the tv down if its that 'offensive' that he has something he values besides money. I also didn't hear Stewart make any excuses...he was stating a fact..and he when out and raced....just like anyone else ,finished and got points like anyone else...at least what till he does something bad before you start makin stuff up.

Hell of a first race!! Davi's Suzuki is gonna look badass with red plates!! I was very happy to see how him and Canard raced each other. Davi could have punted him but didnt, and Trey kind of took himself out. Very impressive.
The thing Josh Grant has to figure out is that when guys catch you, its because they are riding faster than you. You dont have to move over and let them by, but for chrissakes at least focus on the track and going faster yourself instead of trying to knock everyone down. It wasnt the last lap! He gets fairly good starts so it must be frustrating to lose positions. Deal with it.
Talk about drama.... Top night of racing though, fingers crossed for both RV and JS7, hope their ok, and Milsaps.. Jeez, where the hell did that come from..!

@Fred, I saw the race... I see how you can say Grant was dirty. Villo crashed on his own if you take a closer look. And if you go to your local racer (especially AX) you'll see more intense bar bangin, and I guess you'll call that dirty too?
RV looked like a C rider, atleast stewie was in the top 10 and reed was top 10 RV should have stayed home and rode the easy boy
I saw Grant cross over to the left in that rythym section- but then move back to the right when he saw Villopoto coming. Then when they landed in the turn they were still a few feet apart- it looked like Villopotos front tire caught in a rut and stood him him. But Grant really did plow into Stewart in that left handed bowl turn. No more mister nice guy I guess.
grants gotta do whatever he can, he didnt need to run villapoto that high,, but vilapoto went over the berm on his own mistake , grant was holding him up a bit..
MX AND SUPERCROSS are to different animals !

Reed and Dungey did exactly what they needed to do. Finish top 5 in the 1st race of the year.
It's shocking to me that Villopodium can be so mentally strong and yet when he folds it is absolute. We will see you soon enough.
